While I’d prefer to sit down with you in person, it just might not be possible for you to get to my office. Luckily the cyber age has ways of bringing us closer.
In addition to in-office visits in my West Los Angeles office, I also offer pediatric consultations and adult herbal consultations via Skype or a combination of email and phone to provide me with the necessary information I need to develop a treatment plan for you and/or your child.
Here’s how it works:
Initial Consultation via phone or email
We start with a brief (10-15 minute) phone or email conversation where you can ask questions and I can l determine the nature of your or your child’s condition and/or health goals and whether the distance treatment is appropriate. At the end of this consultation, if I think I can help, we will schedule a Pediatric Case Review or an Adult Herbal Consultation. Cost: No Charge.
Pediatric Case Review in office or via Skype or Phone
In-office visits will include a full physical exam and hands-on treatment when appropriate. To qualify for the distance Pediatric Case Review, you must be under the care of a practitioner (MD, DO, LAc, NP, DC, or other) who sees your child in person for their regular pediatric check ups – OR alternatively – see me for the Pediatric Case Review in-office and use the distance appointments for follow-up. I will review any documents and photographs you have sent me prior to this appointment. Distance patients will gather info such as height and weight before the initial appointment.
I take the time to thoroughly answer all of your questions; once your child is a patient in my care, you don’t have to wait until your next appointment… The Pediatric Case Review includes unlimited follow-up emails requiring less than 10 minutes to read and respond.
Cost: $225
Initial Adult Herbal Consultation via Skype or Phone
This includes a thorough history taking and interview to determine the nature of your condition and understand the contributing factors. I will review any documents and photographs you have sent me prior to this appointment. We will discuss your diet at length, and I will ask to see your tongue either on a Skype call or an emailed picture. After our cyber meeting, I will write and fill a customized Chinese herbal prescription designed specifically for you. This will be sent in the mail with clear instructions. Cost: $150
Follow-up Appointments via Skype, phone, or email.
Emails that require more than 10 minutes to read and respond will be billed at my hourly rate, in 15 minute increments, but we will discuss this together before this occurs.)
Cost: $60/half hour, $35/ for 15 minutes.
